Cream together margarine, sugar, and flour.
Add pecans and mix well.
Using 1 TBS of mixture, form into balls.
Place onto ungreased cookie sheet. You can place these very close together, but leave a little room for heat to go around the cookie.
Bake at 300 degrees, low and slow, for 45 minutes.
10 minutes before cookies come out of the oven, mix together your coating mixture of both sugars.
Remove pecan balls out of oven and immediately place in sugar mixture a few at a time and cover the balls completely.
Place onto your serving dish or container.
