Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium sauce pan, mix together brown sugar, eggs, butter, corn syrup, salt, and pecans.
Turn heat on to medium and stir continually until mixture thickens resembling pudding. Turn off heat and let rest.
Lightly flour work surface. Lay out your pie crust. Use a rolling pin and roll out pie crust to thin it out.
Using a glass or cookie cutter around 3 inches in diameter, cut out circles from pie crust and place on a parchment lined baking pan.
Crimp edges around 1/8 inches all around circles to hold in the filling.
Place 1 TBS of filling into center of circles and spread evenly.
Place cookies into oven for 8-12 minutes until lightly browned and firm.
Cool on a rack completely.
