Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray cookie pans. (or use parchment paper, or silicone mats)
Cream together butter and both sugars using a mixer.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Add vanilla and continue beating.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add flour mix to wet ingredients and combine well.
Add all other ingredients except rice krispies (you will add these in the end) and mix carefully, then add rice krispies.
Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, place dough onto baking sheets leaving enough space for cookie to spread.
Bake until golden brown between 12-14 minutes. Rotate pans to insure even cooking.
Allow to cool on a rack.
