Prepare cake mix according to packing instructions for a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cool cake for 2-3 minutes in baking dish.
Using the end of a wooden spoon or a straw, poke lots of holes throughout the cake. Make sure the holes go all the way to bottom of cake. (Big holes)
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together both pudding packets and milk until a loose pudding is formed. (Soft enough to fill the holes in cake).
Pour pudding all over cake. Spread evenly and fill holes as much as possible by gently pressing pudding into holes.
Let set in refrigerator for 2 hours to set up and cool.
Once cake is completely cooled, spread whipped topping over entire cake and evenly spread.
Sprinkle crushed oreos over whipped topping.
