Rustic Pecan Pie in a Crock Pot

- 1 Pie Crust Refrigerated
- 3 eggs
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2/3 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/3 Cup butter melted
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Cup pecans chopped
- Vanilla Ice Cream For Serving
Spray the inside of the crock pot.
Mold the pie crust inside the crock pot.
Stir all Ingredients, except pecans.
Now add pecans and stir again.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Cover the crock pot with lid.
Cook on High for 2 1/2 - 3 Hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
