Sausage & Peppers Fettucinne 30 Minute Meal

- 12 oz fettucinne pasta uncooked
- 2 TBS cooking oil
- 1 cup diced bell or sweet peppers (any color)
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 12 oz smoked sausage thinly sliced (any flavor)
- 2 TBS dried parsley
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- salt & pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to directions on back of package.
While pasta is cooking, heat cooking oil in a large pot or skillet. Stir in diced peppers, onions, and sliced sausage and cook until sausage is browned and peppers & onions are soft. Season with salt & pepper. Add garlic and cook one additional minute while stirring.
Slowly stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
Drain cooked pasta and add to the pot and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with parsley.
