Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

Spaghetti Crust Base
- 1 lb uncooked spaghetti
- 1 TBS salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Pizza
- 1 lb ground mild Italian sausage, crumbled and browned
- 24 oz jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package sliced pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1 1/2 inch jelly roll pan.
In a large pot bring water and 1 TBS salt to a boil. Add in spaghetti and cook per instructions on package for al dente. Drain pasta and place back in pot.
In a small bowl mix together eggs, milk 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder. Add mixture to the drained spaghetti in pot and mix well.
Spread spaghetti mixture onto prepared sheet pan evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave oven at same temperature (350 degrees);
Spread pasta sauce all over baked spaghetti. Top with browned sausage evenly. Sprinkle 2 cups mozzarella cheese evenly over sausage. Top with pepperoni in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven, then let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.
