Ingredients
1(3.4 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
2(8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1(8 oz)tub cool whip, thawed
1(10 oz)bag colored mini marshmallows DIVIDED
1/2cupchopped walnuts
*optional ingredients: shredded carrots, shredded coconuts or other types of nuts
Instructions
Place thawed cool whip into a large mixing bowl.
Empty package of instant vanilla pudding on top of the cool whip in large mixing bowl and combine using a spatula until well blended.
In a small bowl drain out 2 cans of crushed pineapple. Place the drained pineapple into bowl that has the cool whip pudding mixture in it. Mix well with a fork to combine.
Stir in 8 oz of mini marshmallows carefully. Save remaining 2 oz of marshmallows for topping.
Mix in chopped walnuts and/or other optional ingredients like shredded carrots, shredded coconut or other types of nuts.
Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate to chill until ready to enjoy.
