Stick of Butter Rice

- 1 cup white long grain rice uncooked
- 1 (10.5) oz can beef broth
- 1 (10.5) oz can condensed French onion soup
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 11 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a strainer, rinse rice under cold water until the water runs cool. Pat rice with a paper towel. Place rice into prepared baking dish.
Pour beef broth and french onion soup into baking dish. Stir together to combine.
Place 1 stick of butter on top of soup & rice mixture. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil & stir.
