9 x 13 baking dish
Medium sauce pan
- 2 (8 ct) tubes canned cinnamon rolls
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup or honey
- 1 cup crushed pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Add in brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir to combine for one minute.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle pecans evenly over mixture.
Remove cinnamon rolls from cans and place in one layer over the pecans and mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the buns are golden brown and cooked through. (Use toothpick method to check doneness in the center.)
Allow to rest for only 3 minutes. Place a serving platter upside down over the baking dish and invert onto the platter. NOTE: you can heat up the glazes that come with the cinnamon rolls and pour over the sticky buns if desire.
