Suddenly Pasta Salad (Bacon Ranch) Copycat Recipe

- 12 oz uncooked dry pasta
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
- 3 TBS dry ranch seasoning mix
- 2 TBS milk
- 3 TBS crumbled cooked bacon
- salt & black pepper, to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in salt & dry uncooked pasta. Cook per directions on back of package for tender cooked pasta.
Half way through cooking time add in shredded carrots and frozen peas. Finish cooking until pasta is tender, carrots & peas are cooked through.
Drain & rinse with cold water the pasta, carrots, and peas until cool. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Mix miracle whip, ranch, milk, and bacon bits in a small bowl. Pour mixture over cooled pasta in large bowl and mix to combine. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator before serving.
