Tzatziki Sauce

- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 english cucumber grated
- 1 TBS fresh dill not dried version
- 1-2 TBS lemon juice to taste
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients well.
Taste and add seasonings to adjust flavor as needed.
Serve now or refrigerate up to a week in a sealed container.
