Instructions
Place chicken, carrots, celery, onions, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic and chicken broth into large soup pot. Add water to cover chicken.
Bring soup to a boil. Turn down to low and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours until chicken falls off the bone and the vegetables are tender.
Take all chicken out of pot and shred the meat. Place the chicken back into broth. Enjoy.
