1cupcooked chopped chicken (baked, rotisserie, broiled, or boiled)
1/2cupcoleslaw mix
1/4cuppeanut butter
1/4cupavocado, vegetable or olive oil
1/4cuphoney
1TBSSoy Sauce
1tspsesame oil
1pinch of salt & pepper, to taste
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspginger powder
1/4tsplime juice
Instructions
Whisk together in a small bowl peanut butter, oil, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, and lime juice.
Warm tortillas on both sides about 30 seconds each. (This will cook the flour taste out.)
Build your wrap. Lay out your tortillas. In the middle add coleslaw, cooked chicken, cheese, peanuts, and sauce. Add a little lime juice. Roll them up like a burrito.
