

Bacon Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 pkg butter crackers toll house or ritz cracker will also work
- 1 pkg bacon, uncooked
- brown sugar
- black pepper or ceyenne pepper
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with an edge to it with parchment paper or tin foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the parchment paper.
- Lay out how many cracker you want on to the wire rack leaving space in between. (How many crackers will be determined by how many you need for appetizers.)
- Cut bacon slices into thirds. Put each 1/3 of a piece on top of the cracker. (How much bacon you need will be determined on how many bacon crackers you want.}
- Place a generous amount of brown sugar in a mound on top of each bacon piece. Sprinkle black or ceyenne pepper on brown sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes until desired bacon texture is met.
