Baked Coca-Cola Hot Wings

I remember my mom making ham and pork using brown sugar and coke.  So I made these wings using brown sugar and coke, plus a slew of other ingredients to make these oh so delicious, spicy, sweet, sticky wings, baked in the oven.  No use hanging over a hot oil fryer for these.
