- medium mixing bowl
- whisk
- small cutting board & sharp knife
- cheese grater
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can mild rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 (1 oz) pkt taco seasoning
- 1 (1 oz) pkt ranch dip
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 green onions, sliced DIVIDED
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.NOTE: Divide green onion slices 1/2 in dip and 1/2 on top as a garnish.
- Serve in a serving bowl with your favorite chips, veggie sticks or crackers.
