Equipment

  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • medium mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • small cutting board & sharp knife
  • cheese grater

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can mild rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (1 oz) pkt taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz) pkt ranch dip
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 green onions, sliced DIVIDED

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
    NOTE: Divide green onion slices 1/2 in dip and 1/2 on top as a garnish.
  • Serve in a serving bowl with your favorite chips, veggie sticks or crackers.
