Cake Mix Cookie - Strawberry with White Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry supreme cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Scoop with a 1 inch or 2 inch scoop batter onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, and remove cookies onto wire racks.
