Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, 6 oz butterscotch chips and melted butter.
Using a 1 inch cookie scoop place dough onto prepared baking pan with space in between each dough ball. Add extra butterscotch chips to each dough ball.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until center is firm and edges are lightly browned. Pull out of oven and allow cookies to sit on pan for 3-4 minutes. Then remove from pan and place on a cooling rack to completely cool.
