

Chicken Crust Low Carb Pizza
Jazz it up with your favorite toppings. It is a very tasty crust.
Equipment
- large mixing bowl
- fork
- measuring spoons
- 15 x 10 inch sheet pan
- parchment paper to fit pan
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp italian sasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers & onions (other vegetables also that you like on pizza)
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- Crush a sheet of parchment into a ball. Unroll it and place it on the 15 x 10 sheet pan. Place the chicken mixture on the parchment paper lined sheet pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Bake the crust in the 400 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes on counter to set up.
- Saute vegetables in a pan. Cook any meats that you want on your pizza.
- Spread pizza sauce (as much or as little as you like) on the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Add your sauted vegetables and meats that you want.
- Raise the oven temperature to 425 degrees. Place pizza in oven and cook until cheese is melty and golden brown. Slice it and enjoy.
