Chicken Spaghetti Bake

You need this comfort food. This is so simple, easy, and delicious. The flavors meld together in the casserole dish. Loads of cheese and creaminess add to the comfort level.

Chicken Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients

  • 16 oz spaghetti cooked per instructions on package
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken cooked & shredded (You can use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 roasted red bell peppers or regular red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • extra shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter or spray a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, place green bell pepper, onion, red bell pepper, cans of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, spaghetti, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared baking dish and smooth out. Place extra shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until nice and bubbly and cheese is golden brown on top.
