Chocolate Chip Cookies Homemade with 8 Ingredients
Ingredients
- 5 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 2 cups packed browned sugar
- 2 cups butter melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 TBS vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
Instructions
- THIS RECIPE IS FOR A DOUBLE BATCH. HALF THE RECIPE IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk together both sugars, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Add baking powder and flour mixing after each cup is put in.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Using a 1 inch scoop will produce 70 cookies approx. with this double batch or use a 2 inch scoop for larger cookies producing around 35.
- Place dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet or lightly spray a cookie sheet.
- Bake 9-10 minutes for 1 inch cookies or 10-12 minutes for 2 inch cookies.
