Chocolate Chip Cookies Homemade with 8 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 5 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 2 cups packed browned sugar
  • 2 cups butter melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)

Instructions

  • THIS RECIPE IS FOR A DOUBLE BATCH. HALF THE RECIPE IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together both sugars, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • Add baking powder and flour mixing after each cup is put in.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Using a 1 inch scoop will produce 70 cookies approx. with this double batch or use a 2 inch scoop for larger cookies producing around 35.
  • Place dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet or lightly spray a cookie sheet.
  • Bake 9-10 minutes for 1 inch cookies or 10-12 minutes for 2 inch cookies.
  • Enjoy.
