Chocolate Cookie Crumb Crust-2 Ingredient

  • 9 inch deep pie plate
  • medium bowl
  • rolling pin or food processor
  • fork
  • small microwave safe bowl


  • 8 TBS butter
  • 1 (10oz) box teddy chocolate grahams or chocolate graham crackers (10 oz)


  • In a small microwave safe bowl, melt 8 TBS butter.
  • Process 10oz of chocolate teddy grahams or chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs. (NOTE: you can either use a food processor or place cookies into ziploc bag, zip up bag, and using a rolling pin crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Pour cookie crumbs into medium bowl with melted butter and mix together with a fork until crumbs are well coated with butter.
  • Pour crumb mixture into 9 inch deep pie plate and using a fork press down on cookie crumb mixture along bottom and up the sides of pie plate until well formed and solid.
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack until pie crust is cooled completely.
