Chocolate Peanut Butter Impossible Pie
Only takes 7 ingredients to make this scrumptious pie. Where's the crust? That's what makes it Impossible.
Equipment
- large mixing bowl
- 9" deep pie plate
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bisquick (baking mix)
(see below for my easy quick 4 ingredient Bisquick recipe used)
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or butter a 9" deep pie plate.
- In a large bowl place all ingredients. Using an electric hand mixer blend all ingredients for approx. 1 minute until all incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center of pie.
- Cool pie completely before serving.
Oh so decadent and easy to make. Wonderful blend of chocolate and peanut butter.👍 Definitely a 5 star recipe.
