Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

This simple, easy, and delicious pie using chocolate graham crackers and a smooth topping mixture with peanut butter and whipped topping and other goodies becomes a refreshing dessert for summer. Enjoy.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 10 whole chocolate graham crackers crushed (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • chocolate fudge topping or chocolate syrup
  • chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine graham cracker, butter, and 3TBS sugar into a pie plate and press firmly to the bottom and sides of pie plate. (Do not grease pie plate)
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and whipped topping until well combined.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup or fudge topping onto mixture and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  • Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Enjoy.
