This simple, easy, and delicious pie using chocolate graham crackers and a smooth topping mixture with peanut butter and whipped topping and other goodies becomes a refreshing dessert for summer. Enjoy.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 10 whole chocolate graham crackers crushed (1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 TBS sugar
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- chocolate fudge topping or chocolate syrup
- chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine graham cracker, butter, and 3TBS sugar into a pie plate and press firmly to the bottom and sides of pie plate. (Do not grease pie plate)
- Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and whipped topping until well combined.
- Pour into crust.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup or fudge topping onto mixture and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Enjoy.
