Churro Cheesecake Bars
Easy Dessert using Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough.
Equipment
- 9 x 13 baking dish
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ct) tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
- 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3 TBS butter, melted
Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 TBS ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter on the bottom, sides and inside edges.
- Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and stretch to cover the bottom of prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl whisk or beat 2 packs of softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in vanilla, egg and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture over crescent dough sheet in baking dish and spread evenly.
- Place 2nd crescent roll dough over mixture covering evenly. Brush melted butter over the top layer of crescent roll dough.
- In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 2 TBS cinnamon. Sprinkle all over butter.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until both layers of crescent roll dough is cooked through. Let cool completely and cut into bars. Enjoy.
These are absolutely utterly amazingly delicious!!!
