Cowboy Butter Sauce
A great flavored sauce for steak, chicken, pork, vegetables or dipping bread in.
Ingredients
- 6 TBS butter, melted
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp ceyenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 TBS dried chives
- 2 TBS fresh parsley or 1 TBS dried parsley
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together. Taste for seasoning adjustments, if needed.
- Drizzle over steak, chicken, pork, vegetables, or dipping bread in.
- To thicken sauce add more Dijon. To thin out just heat for 10 seconds.
