- In large mixing bowl whisk flour, salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder together.
- Add in eggs and milk in to flour mix and whisk until a smooth batter forms. NOTE: it should be the thickness of pancake batter. Add a drizzle of milk to thin out if needed. It should be pourable.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and smooth evenly to all 4 corners.
- Top with 1/2 of the cooked meats, veggies, and or pepperoni.NOTE: the order of making this pizza is important. The meats and veggies keep the dough from bubbling up.NOTE: if you just want a cheese pizza; half way through cooking time poke the crust with a fork to bust any bubbles that may appear.
- Bake 10-15 minutes in preheated oven on lowest rack until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and drizzle pizza sauce all over the pizza evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and remaining toppings, if desired.
- Return to 425 degree oven and place on top rack. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted and is golden brown. Slice & enjoy.
