Crockpot Creamy Caesar Chicken & Pasta
A Delicious Crockpot meal using Chicken and Caesar Salad Dressing. A Family Favorite.
Equipment
- 6 quart crockpot
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1 (12oz) bottle asisago caesar salad dressing (or any flavor caesar dressing)
- 1 (7.5oz) package whipped cream cheese, chive flavor
- 1 (8oz) package egg noodles
- 1 (5oz) bag croutons, seasoned (break up into pieces)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Season top of chicken with salt & pepper.
- Add diced onion over chicken. Pour caesar dressing over onion and chicken. Add cream cheese in dollops all over the caesar dressing.
- Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender. (The size of your chicken will determine the time cooked.)
- Cook egg noodles per instructions on back of package and drain.
- Pull chicken out of crockpot and chop up on a cutting board. To the sauce in the crockpot add 1 package of croutons and parmesan cheese. Place chicken back in crockpot and stir to combine. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy.
