Place chicken in bottom of 6 quart crockpot. Drizzle 1/2 TBS oil over chicken. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning). Flip chicken over and drizzle 1/2 TBS oil over chicken, and sprinkle with the rest of the 1/2 seasonings listed (salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning).
Pour the pasta sauce all over the chicken. Place lid on crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked through and fork tender. During the last 20 minutes of cook time, prepare the pasta per instructions on package and drain well.
Remove chicken from crockpot and cut into cubes, slices, or shreds and add back to the crockpot with the cooked pasta. Mix well and flatten pasta for an even layer.
Leave crockpot on. Top the pasta & chicken with shredded mozzarella cheese, then parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, and sprinkle with extra Italian seasoning. Cover with lid for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted. Enjoy.
