Crockpot Creamy Crack Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkt ranch dressinhg mix
  • 4 oz diced green chilis (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 1/2 - 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • buns, tortillas, cooked rice, or noodles

Instructions

  • Place chicken into bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over chicken, place block of cream cheese onto chicken. Add diced green chilis over and around chicken.
  • Place lid on crockpot and cook for 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high until chicken is fork tender.
  • Remove lid and shred chicken mixing it well with the cream cheese. Cook an additional 15 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Add bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Place lid on for a few minutes to melt cheese. Mix everything together.
  • Serve on buns, tortillas, over rice or on pasta.
