In a large skillet, heat oil to a medium high heat. Season roast with salt & pepper on all sides. Place roast in hot skillet and let sit for 4-6 minutes to brown. Turn roast over and sear another 4 minutes. Rotate roast around on sides of meat to brown. Place roast in crockpot.
In a medium bowl mix together broth, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, italian seasoning and extra bouillon. Pour over roast.
Add onion, red roasted peppers and pepperoncinis to top of roast.
Cover crockpot with lid. Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours until it pulls apart and is very tender.
Toast lightly buttered hoagie buns in oven on 400 degrees until toasted about 5-7 minutes. Build your sandwich. (I like to add additional peppers and provolone cheese. Enjoy.
