Crockpot Olive Garden Chicken & Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless & boneless chicken breast
  • 16 oz Olive Garden Italian Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 16 oz cooked pasta, drained
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 TBS Parsley

Instructions

  • Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in bottom of crockpot and season with salt and pepper. Pour the Italian Dressing over chicken. Place cubes of cream cheese on top of chicken. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  • Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through. Using 2 forks shred chicken on cutting board and place back in crockpot. Add cooked pasta, parsley and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
