These pork chops has an abundance of flavor wrapped up in the gravy. Poured over smashed potatoes and the chops is delightful. Put this together quickly in the morning and you will be amazed at the delicious smells in your house after hours of simmering in the crockpot/slow cooker.

Crockpot Pork Chops & Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs pork chops boneless or bone in
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 TBS corn starch
  • 2 TBS Water
  • fresh parsley garnish

Instructions

  • In crockpot mix together, ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Place pork chops into mixture and submerge completely.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Remove pork chops. Mix together corn starch and water to make a slurry. Add to juices in crockpot and mix well until combined and gravy has thickened.
  • Serve over rick or potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
