Crockpot Potatoes & Sausage-5 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 (30oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder, season to taste
  • 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, any variety, sliced (I used roasted garlic)

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of crockpot with a cooking spray.
  • Place a 30oz bag of frozen hash brown shreds in crockpot. Pour 1 can of cheddar cheese soup onto hash browns.
  • Pour 1 can of evaporated milk onto hash browns.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together.
  • Place sliced smoked sausage or any flavor of smoked sausage into crockpot and mix all ingredients.
  • Place lid on crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours or 5 hours on low.
