Crockpot Potatoes & Sausage-5 Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 (30oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder, season to taste
- 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, any variety, sliced (I used roasted garlic)
Instructions
- Spray the inside of crockpot with a cooking spray.
- Place a 30oz bag of frozen hash brown shreds in crockpot. Pour 1 can of cheddar cheese soup onto hash browns.
- Pour 1 can of evaporated milk onto hash browns.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together.
- Place sliced smoked sausage or any flavor of smoked sausage into crockpot and mix all ingredients.
- Place lid on crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours or 5 hours on low.
