14ozpackage smoked or kielbasa sausage cut into 1/4' to 1/2 inch thick rounds
1/2bagfrozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1/2 – 1head of green cabbage sliced thin
1/4cupchicken broth
1/4tspgarlic powder
1/4tspblack pepper
1/4tspsalt
2tspdried parsley
Instructions
In a large skillet melt butter over medium high heat until it sizzles. Add in chopped onion and sausage rounds. Cook until sausage is brown and crispy on the edges and onion is softened.
Stir in potatoes. Cook until potatoes are crisp.
Add in cabbage, broth and seasonings. Continually stir until cabbage has wilted and is slightly browned. Enjoy.
