Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Cook onions until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Turn off burner and drain any excess grease.
Add taco seasoning, corn, green chilis, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa. Stir until all combined.
In a 9x13 baking dish place 1/2 of the meat mixture and smooth evenly. Top with 1/2 of the Fritos evenly. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Repeat with rest of the meat mixture, top with remaining Fritos, and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Place in preheated oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
