Garlic Roasted Pepper Cheese Log

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 jar roasted red peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 TBS chives, cut fine

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl mix together using a hand mixer or just a wooden spoon cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Fold in peppers and chives carefully.
  • Using 2 sheets of plastic wrap on your counter top, place mixture on top and form cheese mixture into a log. Wrap up in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm. Enjoy.
