Instant Pot Meatballs and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 14 oz frozen cooked meatballs
  • 12 oz uncooked pasta
  • 46 oz beef broth
  • 2 celery sticks, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 carrots, minced
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into instant pot and mix thoroughly.
  • Place lid on unit and lock into place. Make sure knob in back of unit is on "sealing". Press the pressure cooker button, high pressure, and set for 9 minutes. Do a quick release.
  • Mix well, and add parsley as a garnish. Enjoy.
