This dish uses your favorite frozen meatballs and any style pasta with delicious flavorings. A fast cooked meal.
Instant Pot Meatballs and Pasta
Ingredients
- 14 oz frozen cooked meatballs
- 12 oz uncooked pasta
- 46 oz beef broth
- 2 celery sticks, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 carrots, minced
- salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- parsley (garnish)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into instant pot and mix thoroughly.
- Place lid on unit and lock into place. Make sure knob in back of unit is on "sealing". Press the pressure cooker button, high pressure, and set for 9 minutes. Do a quick release.
- Mix well, and add parsley as a garnish. Enjoy.
