Ingredients

  • 2-4 lbs chicken wings and/or drumettes
  • salt & pepper, or favorite seasoning blend
  • 2 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • dash hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place tinfoil onto a deep baking sheet. Spray lightly with a cooking spray.
  • Lay chicken wings in single layer on sheet. Season with salt & pepper or your favorite seasoning blend to coat both sides.
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes, flipping once at the 15 minute mark.
  • While wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix together in a bowl: bbq sauce, honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, and garlic.
  • Remove wings from oven and dunk into sauce to coat completely. Place back onto baking sheet.
  • Place oven on the "Broil" setting. Put wings back into oven for 10-15 minutes to finish cooking wings. (Internal temp should reach 165 degrees.)
  • Remove from oven and garnish with green onions. Enjoy.
