I love this all in one pot sausage gravy. I pour this over my homemade angel biscuits (also found in my recipes blog) and have with eggs, because who doesn’t like breakfast for any meal of the day? This is a quick and simple dish put together in your instant pot. Hope you enjoy.
Instant Pot Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- salt, pepper, sage to taste
- 2 TBS butter
Instructions
- Set instant pot to saute setting. Add butter. Once sizzling, add ground sausage and brown up.
- Add chicken stock. Place lid on, make sure knob is set to sealing. Set instant pot to high, 5 minutes. Do a quick release. Leave lid on.
- Mix flour and milk together, season with salt, pepper, and sage.
- Add milk and four mixture to sausage in your instant pot.
- Place on saute setting and continue stirring until desired thickness is reached.
