Korean Beef

I love adding colorful vegetables to this dish.  Especially peppers, zucchini and onions.  I also love the sauce in this dish.  So does my whole family.  I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chuck
  • 4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 bunch Green Onions garnish
  • 2 Cups diced vegetables I use broccoli. peppers, onions, zucchini
  • Cooked Rice
  • 1 TBS sesame oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil and sautee vegetables. Set in a bowl.
  • In same frying pan, brown the ground beef & drain. Add vegetables and sauce into meat mixture. Stir and simmer for about 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
