Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) box elbow macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 (16oz) jar Ragu cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per directions on back of box for al dente. Drain and set a side.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter or lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir in cooked pasta and jar of Ragu cheese sauce.
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
