1(8 oz) packagecream cheese, softened to room temperature
3TBSlemon juice
1 12cupscool whip
1/2cupchopped pecans
1jarmaraschino cherries, drained, dried off, and chopped
2(8 oz) canscrushed pineapple
Instructions
In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer or you can mix by hand, blend together cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Add cool whip and lemon juice and blend again.
Fold in chopped pecans, chopped cherries, and crushed pineapple.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate or Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Top with additional cool whip and cherries. (You can also crumble graham cracker over pie also.) Enjoy.
