One Pot French Onion Ground Beef & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 TBS cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 (10 oz) cans french onion soup
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 12 oz uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 container crispy fried onions (French's)
  • dried parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot heat up 1 TBS cooking oil over medium high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add in french onion canned soup, and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked egg noodles and push down into liquid as much as possible. Place lid on pot and turn burner to a medium low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is completely cooked and tender. Turn off burner. Stir in sour cream and parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle crispy fried onions and parsley over pasta once plated. Enjoy.
