These monster cookies are so full of flavor and many textures. I can’t believe how each bite just seems so different in such a good way. Pioneer Woman Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar granulated
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 TBS vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups oats quick or regular
- 1 cup m&ms
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips semi sweet
- 2 1/4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Spray cookie pans. (or use parchment paper, or silicone mats)
- Cream together butter and both sugars using a mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
- Add vanilla and continue beating.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add flour mix to wet ingredients and combine well.
- Add all other ingredients except rice krispies (you will add these in the end) and mix carefully, then add rice krispies.
- Using a cookie or ice cream scoop, place dough onto baking sheets leaving enough space for cookie to spread.
- Bake until golden brown between 12-14 minutes. Rotate pans to insure even cooking.
- Allow to cool on a rack.
- Serve and Enjoy.
