2 INGREDIENT ICE CREAM BREAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice cream (use your favorite flavor)
  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • sprinkles, if desired

Making self rising flour

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, place ice cream in and stir with a spatula until softened (almost a liquid state). Add 1 1/2 cups of self rising flour. Mix well to incorporate.
  • **To make self rising flour, mix together the 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 3/4 tsp salt in a separate medium bowl. Then add to ice cream and mix well.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Pour sprinkles over top of batter, if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and place loaf pan on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Then remove bread from loaf pan and place on cooling rack and allow to finish cooling.
