3 Ingredient Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe bananas
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease, spray, or line with parchment paper a loaf pan. (I used a 9x5 pan)
  • In a large bowl, mash up the bananas with a fork.
  • Add in dry cake mix and eggs. Mix well.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. (toothpick should go in and come out clean, and bread should pull away from pan slightly.
  • Enjoy.

I found your YouTube site about 2 weeks ago and have been watching all of your videos. When I saw this banana bread recipe, I knew I had to try it. I love to cook, but circumstances are keeping from being able to spend a lot of time preparing food. This recipe is perfect! It is incredibly delicious and so easy. The hard part was waiting for my bananas to get ripe enough. 🙂 I’ll never make banana bread any other way…except for your Upside Down Banana Bread. That looks amazing, too! Thank you again.

I HATE to cook anymore, in any way, shape or form, so finding your site is a God-send. now, if hubby doesnt like any of this, he can cook for himself!   • This recipe is the best!!! I will neveraaake it any other way. SOS simple yet tastes better than other banana breads. Secret is in the ripened of the banana recipe.
