All your favorites from a club sandwich, turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese turned into a delicious, refresing salad with a delicious mayo dressing and homemade croutons to give it that toasty feel.

Club Sandwich Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups lettuce, chopped (I used iceberg, but feel free to use your favorite)
  • 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 oz deli ham, sliced
  • 3 oz deli turkey, sliced
  • 4-6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 oz Shredded Cheese
  • 3-4 cups bread cubed (I used a baquette)

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread cubes on a sheet pan, lightly coat cubes with olive oil and salt. Place in oven for 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • In a large salad bowl, place chopped lettuce, tomatoes, ham, turkey, bacon, and cheese.
  • In a medium bowl make dressing by whisking together mayonaise, sour cream, milk, garlic, salt & pepper.
  • Pour dressing over salad and place croutons on top. Serve and enjoy.
