Red Velvet & White Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 (15.25 oz box) red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chip morsels
Place parchment paper on baking sheet or lightly spray with a cooking spray.
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Cover & place in refrigerator for 45 minutes .
Preheat oven to 350 degrees about 10 minutes before taking dough out of refrigerator.
Remove dough from refrigerator and using a 2 inch cookie scoop place dough onto baking sheet, leave room for cookie to spread.
Bake for 10-13 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies sit on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes. Place cookies on rack to completely cool. Enjoy.
