Red Velvet & White Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 oz box) red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chip morsels

Instructions

  • Place parchment paper on baking sheet or lightly spray with a cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  • Cover & place in refrigerator for 45 minutes .
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees about 10 minutes before taking dough out of refrigerator.
  • Remove dough from refrigerator and using a 2 inch cookie scoop place dough onto baking sheet, leave room for cookie to spread.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies sit on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes. Place cookies on rack to completely cool. Enjoy.
